Charles R. “Rick” Dillon, President of Dillon & Associates

Rick
Dillon is the owner and president of Dillon & Associates, a
boutique consulting practice which provides management and marketing
advice and consultation to both industry and government. Rick retired
in 2006 from the General Services Administration as a Program Director
where he managed several fee-for-service, nationwide information
technology programs with portfolios of over $200 million dollars.
Earlier in his federal career he also held key positions in marketing
and administration and was instrumental in the transfer of both FEDSIM
and FEDCAC from the Air Force to GSA. |
Scott Bezler, Goodman &

Scott
Brezler has practiced as a certified public accountant for over a
decade. Previously, he was associated with a large regional firm as a
supervising senior. He heads all financial accounting services for the
Government Contractor Services Group of the firm. In addition, Mr.
Bezler has obtained a Master’s Certificate in Government Contracting
from the George Washington University. Mr. Bezler was recently
recognized by Virginia Business Magazine as one of Virginia’s Super
CPAs for 2006 in the category of Auditing and by SmartCEO as a Smart
CPA for the past two years. |

Russell is president of Business Management Associates, a management
consulting firm that assists organizations to increase strategic and
financial value through the integration of people and process. She has
over 17 years of consulting experience, serving the federal government,
non-profit, international, and state and local entities. Ms. Russell
holds an MBA from The George Washington University in International
Business and Finance. In addition, as a Six Sigma Greenbelt, Ms.
Russell is astute in the utilization of data and statistical analysis
in the resolution of business problems. |
