Dave is a Certified Public Accountant and Certified Valuation Analyst with over 20 years of accounting and finance experience. As a senior management executive, he handled rapid growth and changes in strategic direction for government contractor/high technology companies of all sizes from start-up to $100 million in sales. Dave received a Master of Business Administration and a Master of Arts in English from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill. He received a Bachelor of Arts in English, granted with highest honors, from Portland State University. Prior to joining Cherry, Bekaert & Holland in 2003, Dave was a principal of the accounting and business consulting firm Offutt Childers & Putman, P.C.

Gal S.Borenstein is the CEO and Chief Strategist of The Borenstein
Group, a Fairfax-based strategic marketing firm that specializes in
supporting small, emerging-growth, and large federal contractors with
branding, marketing communications, and public relations programs.
Borenstein has over 18 years of technology marketing and
communications experience and has been personally involved in the
development of over 100 technology branding programs, including
trusted market leaders such as ADT, IBM, Marconi, Nextel, Airbus North
America, Northrop Grumman IT, MorganFranklin, Pragmatics, VT Griffin,
Learning Tree International, Serco, as well as supporting major
government agencies programs at U.S. Department of Defense, U.S. Army,
U.S. Navy, U.S. Department of Commerce, and U.S. Department of State.
Gal holds a B.A. in Communications with honors from Temple University
and a Master's degree in Business and Telecommunications Management
with honors from George Mason University.

Azmat Ali, President, DDS, Inc.

Mr. Ali is an engineer by profession having received a MSME from the
University of Edinburgh in 1961. He went on the earn an MBA from UDC
in 1974. From 1962 through 1978 he worked as an engineer for a number
of companies prior to founding NYMA, Inc in 1978. NYMA provided
engineering, computer manufacturing and information technology
consulting service. Mr. Ali grew revenues at NYMA to $100 million by
the time of the company's sale in 1997. Afterwards he served as the
President of TII, a medical services and technology company from
1997- 2002. From 2004 until the present time he serves as the President
of DDS, Inc. a graphics design supply company. |
